Jennifer Fergus is the Sales Manager for Buschman Homes. She is currently assisting homebuyers in our Spring Grove new home community. She enjoys connecting each family’s needs and desires with their ideal Buschman Home. With customer satisfaction as her goal, Jennifer provides each client with an enjoyable and relaxed home buying experience.

Jennifer started as a sales assistant and color coordinator with Buschman Homes in 1997 and soon moved to her current sales position. Her experience includes the sale of single family and multi-family homes at Cedar Crossing. Prior to her involvement in the building industry, Jennifer worked in the textile business with a strong emphasis on sales and customer service.

Jennifer attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and graduated with a degree in Interior Design. She is an allied member of ASID and is a Certified Sales Professional (CSP). She is also the recipient of several awards for sales excellence.
