Juana Guardado is the Purchasing Manager for Buschman Homes. Working with sales and trade organizations, Juana manages all purchasing, estimating and sales contract operations. She is also the administrator for the Buschman Homes web-based system that controls all sales, purchasing and warranties.

Juana has been with Buschman Homes since 1997, acquiring over nine years of experience in the home building industry. She holds a Construction Management Certificate from Residential Construction Employers Council that is co-coordinated by Northern Illinois University, Business and Industry Services, sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago.
